Lelaki Yang Dirindui which stars Nam Ron and Alang Fadhli as a father and son duo on a journey somewhere together and are engaged in a dialogue (bordering towards a nag by a parent) with regards to the son’s plan for his own future. Equipped with an unexpected and humourous  twist that challenges not only the perception on sexism but also on a familial bond during a problematic situation (also includes a cameo of the BMW 318i model in black).

Kwokyong Ng written and directed the visually impressive, Burn about a friendship between Hafiz (Syrul Ezwan) and Ah Jun (Uyou Kok) who is an effeminate man struggling with his identity while they both are on a chase from some thugs. A simple premise that is told by a specific tone of colour filtering the cinematography that is both whimsical and dark together with a gossamer soundtrack.
